By downloading, installing, or using Chipa SSID Finder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Chipa SSID Finder is a mobile application that helps users extract session tokens (SSIDs) from trading platform websites through a WebView interface. The App is provided free of charge and is open source.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for legitimate purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the terms of service of trading platforms you access
• Not use the App for unauthorized access to accounts
• Keep your session tokens secure and not share them publicly
• Use the App at your own risk

• Fitness for a particular purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to accounts
• Damages from trading platform violations
• Any other damages arising from use of the App

7. Third-Party Platforms

The App provides access to third-party trading platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for:

• The trading platforms or their services
• Platform availability or functionality
• Changes to platform authentication methods
• Platform terms of service violations
• Trading losses or account issues

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to access accounts without authorization
• Violate any trading platform's terms of service
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Resell or commercially exploit the App (beyond MIT License terms)

9. Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.

10. Intellectual Property

The App is open source under the MIT License. The App name, logo, and branding are owned by the developers. You may not use our branding to misrepresent affiliation or endorsement.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms of Service
• Add or remove supported platforms
• Change App features

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination
